Personalised vegetable nutrition

Research project

Personalised vegetable nutrition

Grow vegetables matched to your nutritional profile.

Description

A home CEA system and app that grows vegetables aligned to your dietary goals by tuning cultivar and recipe variables, backed by lab-verified nutrition data and optional clinical partnerships for specific patient populations.

Problem

Nutrition recommendations are personalised, but vegetables are usually produced to a standard composition. Home growing systems also lack validated links between cultivar, cultivation recipe, harvested composition and an individual dietary goal.

Our idea

Combine a compact controlled-environment growing system with an application that selects cultivars and adjusts light, nutrition and harvest timing according to dietary objectives, using laboratory measurements as the evidence layer.

Expected results

Validated crop-recipe-to-nutrient relationships, a working home-system prototype, transparent limits on personalisation and pilot evidence for selected nutrition or clinical use cases.

Current status

The system is at research-concept stage. Cultivar selection, laboratory protocols, software logic and any clinical claims require partner-led validation.

Looking for partners

Nutrition and clinical researchers, food-composition laboratories, seed and breeding companies, home-CEA manufacturers, software teams and patient organisations for carefully governed pilots.
