Project overview

QSTP invited Crop Urbanis to equip founders and researchers with practical controlled-environment agriculture knowledge to accelerate prototypes into investable ventures. The curriculum needed to support multilingual cohorts and deliver actionable templates.

Challenges & approach

  1. Balance theory and hands-on lab time for audiences ranging from early founders to academic researchers.
  2. Deliver materials and recordings in six languages without delaying cohorts.
  3. Provide follow-up resources that maintain engagement after the live sessions.

Our contribution

  1. Built an eight-session syllabus covering hydroponic systems, nutrient chemistry, lighting, business modelling and QA workflows.
  2. Produced bilingual slide decks, lab worksheets and calculators with localisation support for ES, FR, RU, ZH and PT.
  3. Delivered live labs at QSTP with remote streaming, then migrated recordings and templates into the public YouTube playlist.
